Our main tasks is to maintain and improve customer contacts and customer satisfaction, by means of professional technical support and advice to our customers:


  • Give technical information and technical advice to both client and supplier 
  • Taking, processing and checking orders for whole goods and spare parts 
  • Handle and judge complaints, warranty claims and returned parts according to supplier (our partner) guidelines 
  • Monthly reporting and analysis of customer satisfaction, in regards to claims, delivery performance etc.
